Design Philosophy
We humans spend most of our time sheltered in the interior of structures. For this basic reason they must be conceived with a Holistic Vision, one that takes into account characteristics such as: natural and artificial light, contact with nature, color scheme, shapes, textures and the symbiosis between them, spaces that contribute to the well-being and performance of its occupants.
Our job is not to decorate. The basis of our work is to represent an idea that provides to the needs of our clients, not to respond to a temporary aesthetic or fashion.
Architecture
We are licenses in: CAAPPR, College of Architects and Landscape Architects of PR, CODDI, College of Interior Decorators and Designers of PR and LEED AP BD+C, U.S Green Building Council.
Interior Design
We have Design for simple to complex projects of up to $3.5MM and 20+ suppliers: remodeling, new areas and layouts; piloting all phases: initial brainstorming, proposals, cost estimates, feasibility analysis, negotiations, design, project planning, scheduling, staffing and supervision, permits and closing.
